How to add staff to your TXAdmin

✅ Requirements

  • Access to Final Hosting Panel

  • Admin access to your TXAdmin panel

  • Discord ID or CFX account of the staff member

  • Basic familiarity with TXAdmin permissions


Step 1: Log into TXAdmin

  1. Open your Final Hosting Panel.

  2. Click on your FiveM server.

  3. Go to the Startup tab and locate your TXAdmin Port.

  4. Open TXAdmin in your browser by visiting:

 
http://<your-server-ip>:<txadmin-port>
  1. Log in using your CFX.re account.


Step 2: Open the Admin Manager

  1. In the TXAdmin sidebar, click on Settings.

  2. Under Settings, click Admin Manager.


Step 3: Add a Staff Member

  1. Click Add Admin.

  2. Choose one of the following methods:

    • CFX.re ID: Ask the staff member to give their FiveM account username (the one they use to log in).

    • Discord ID (if using Discord permissions).

  3. Assign the desired permission level:

    • Full Access – For co-owners or trusted developers.

    • Moderation – For regular staff (kick, warn, ban).

    • Custom Role – Create roles with specific permissions (optional).

Tip: Use predefined roles for simplicity.

  1. Click Save Admin.


Step 4: Restart the Server

  1. In TXAdmin, go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click Restart Server.


✅ Optional: Test the Permissions

  • Ask the staff member to log into TXAdmin.

  • Ensure they only see the menus allowed by their permission level.

Issue Solution
Staff can't log in Make sure they use the correct CFX.re account.
Permissions not working Double-check role permissions in TXAdmin.
Discord ID not accepted Ensure the server has Discord integration set up.
User added but not showing Restart TXAdmin and clear browser cache.
