1.2. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the services.

1.3. You affirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Services

3. Automated Billing & Charging System

3.1. Upon subscribing to any plan, the client authorizes Final Hosting to initiate automated billing based on their selected cycle:

5. Account Management

10. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

10.1. While Final Hosting imposes no strict content restrictions, users must ensure all activity is lawful and compliant with applicable regulations.

11. Free Trial Policy

11.1. Final Hosting may offer a 2-day free trial for certain game server services to allow users to evaluate performance and suitability.

12. Changes to the Terms

13. Service-Level Agreement (SLA)

13.1. Final Hosting is committed to delivering reliable services with minimal downtime. We provide a 99% uptime guarantee on all hosting services, calculated on a monthly basis.

13.3. Availability: Standard support and service operations are available daily from 09:00 to 21:00 (UK Time). Support requests received outside of these hours will be addressed the following business day or on a best-effort basis.

13.4. This SLA excludes planned maintenance and any downtime resulting from factors beyond Final Hosting’s control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party service failures, and user-induced errors.

13.5. In the event the uptime commitment is not met, clients may request service credits proportional to the downtime, subject to review and at the sole discretion of Final Hosting.

14. DDoS Attacks & Blacklisting

14.1. Any attempt to initiate, facilitate, or participate in a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack—whether targeting Final Hosting's infrastructure or any third party—constitutes a severe breach of these Terms.

14.2. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • a) Launching a DDoS attack against Final Hosting services
  • b) Using Final Hosting services to launch DDoS attacks against other networks
  • c) Coordinating or contributing to any effort that disrupts service availability

14.3. Violations will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting from all Final Hosting platforms, with no eligibility for reactivation, refund, or appeal.

14.4. Final Hosting reserves the right to report such actions to relevant law enforcement and share information with upstream providers and cybersecurity networks to prevent recurrence.

15. Cancellations with Outstanding Invoices

15.1. Clients may request service cancellation at any time through the Client Area. However, cancellation requests do not exempt clients from financial obligations related to unpaid invoices.

15.2. If an invoice is marked as due or overdue at the time of a cancellation request, the following terms apply:

  • a) The service will not be considered cancelled until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
  • b) Automated billing and late fee accrual will continue until the balance is cleared.
  • c) Failure to settle overdue invoices may result in account suspension, termination, or blacklisting, regardless of cancellation status.

15.3. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all invoices are paid and that the cancellation is formally acknowledged by Final Hosting. Cancellation requests submitted after an invoice is generated do not void the payment obligation for that billing cycle.

15.4. If a client attempts to cancel a service without resolving outstanding invoices, Final Hosting reserves the right to initiate collections procedures or deny future service until the account is in good standing.
