What Are Artifacts?
Artifacts are the core files that power your FiveM server. Updating to the latest recommended artifact version ensures better performance, security patches, and new feature support.
Step-by-Step: Changing Your FiveM Artifacts
✅ Prerequisites

Access to your Final Hosting Panel

An active FiveM server.

Familiarity with uploading and extracting .zip files using SFTP.
1. Find the Latest FiveM Artifacts

Visit the official artifacts page:
https://runtime.fivem.net/artifacts/fivem/build_proot_linux/master/ -
Scroll down to find the recommended or latest stable build.

Click the link to download the artifact
.zip
file.
2. Stop Your Server

Log in to your Panel at panel.finalhosting.com
-
Select your FiveM server.

Click the "Stop" button to ensure a clean update.
3. Change Artifacts In Settings

On the right side of your panel, click on the “Startup” tab.

Look for the box labeled FIVEM VERSION.
How to Get the Correct Version:

Go to the official FiveM artifacts page:
https://runtime.fivem.net/artifacts/fivem/build_proot_linux/master/ -
Find the artifact version you want to use (usually the latest or recommended).

Right-click on the version number and choose “Copy link”.

Paste the link into your browser — you’ll be redirected to a page with a long identifier, such as:

Copy that version string (e.g.,
15744-...
) and paste it into the FIVEM VERSION box in the panel.
4. Reinstall Your Server
⚠️ NOTE: This will NOT delete any of your server files!
Follow these steps to reinstall your server environment safely:

(Optional but recommended): Go to the Backups tab and create a new backup to ensure everything is saved.

Navigate to the Settings tab on the left side of your panel.

Scroll down to the bottom and click the "Reinstall" button.

Confirm by clicking "Yes, reinstall" when prompted.
This will refresh your server configuration using the new artifact version without touching your files or resources.
Troubleshooting Tips

Missing files? Reinstall the server again, if that dosent work please contact support.
